My Yoka Custom for the Yoka Custom show premiere at DCON ( see more Yoka customs HERE)
Last November was my first time at Designer Con formerly known as Vinyl Toy Network, at the Pasadena Convention Center. I finally got to meet a lot of amazing folks in person for the first timers like:
Ray and Joanne owners of Dragatomi in Sacracmento. Good Peeps all around!
also got to finally meet Drilone (amazing artist who does crazy customs that look like they are made of metal but they aren’t) and as promised I was tequila girl and we had shots. I came prepared with sliced limes, kosher salt, disposable shot glasses and of course Patron.
I was asked if I’d go on stage to paint live and I thought to myself ”oh yeah I do that type of shit all the timers” so I agreed and was honored to be on a canvas with so many greats. I believe I might be the only female on there. Gracias BEN!
After I went to the opening of another show I was in Feminality (that was a grip of drama we won’t talk about ) then drove back to Pasadena for DCON MADNESS (drinking, fun, drinking, food, drinking and more fun)
I had a blast and loved hanging out with the DCON Madness crew which is now known as KANPALS I believe and hope to continue the madness at this year’s WONDERCON and COMIC CON
A bit ago I posted my new visualization board, this time its digital. Well one of the concepts/wishes I put on it is coming true tomorrow (si dios quiere) I’m on my way to a city in Florida to paint live. Paid airfare/accommodations and I’m soo excited. I wish I could give you more details , shit I wish I could shout it out, but I will be signing a NDA so no can do.
I’m hoping this is only the beginning and will be able to post about my next trip gig.
I’ve never been to Florida. Glad the weather over in them parts is back to normal didn’t want to see iguanas falling out of trees.
If I can I will post photos at a later date. Trying to post more frequently this year.

Never wanted a year to end as much as 2009! Right?!! I do have to remember the fantastic events and opportunities that came my way in the ‘09 but other than that, ssssshhiiiiite I welcomed 2010 with open arms for days. I wanted to catch up with posts before the year ended but it didn’t go down like that.
With that said its a new year and what a year its gonna be kids. ITS THE YEAR OF THE TIGER!!!! SO IT HAS TO BE MY YEAR! Why? Because I’m a Taurus Tiger with Gemini rising. Let’s hope all the hard work and sacrifice that went down last year pays off in the 1-0!
I dare do this but here’s my new visualization board. This time around I went digital so I could have it on my computer and my iphone to look at and update at will.
The crazy thing is that looking at my board from last year, many things on that board were realized.

San Diego Comic Con went down and it was extra special this time. The Bic Buddy was premiering there!! Crazy right?! Well there was mad drama to get a badge post-sold out-ers. Big Thanks to Chacaron Macaron aka Eddie, Percy Carey and Mike Booth for saving the day.
I owe this man Marka27 a grip for inviting me to be a part of the BIC BUDDY ARTIST SERIES 1 and opening the door to the wonderful Toy world.

Been working my ass off being blessed with a lot of amazing art show opportunities along with being accepted to show at UNIQUE LA this weekend December 5th & 6th. Jen E and I have been working hard for months prepping for this.
Our collabo merch will debut this weekend under JEN E & RITZY P SUPREME GOODS. Our collabo goods consist of TINY TREASURES, traditional japanese Japanese incense ceramic boxes with flava along with our PRECIOUS PENDANTS. Those goods will be featured on in the center of our booth. Our solo stuff will be on each wall. Jen will have her own jewelry , rain drops and her Beasties. I’ll have posters, postcards (both printed on 100% recycled FSC certified paper by Indie Printing), hand silkscreened Urban Tea Towels and Pillow covers. If I have any Bic Buddies left I’ll sell those as well.

Check out JEN E & RITZY P SUPREME GOODS at the 2nd Annual UNIQUE LA Holiday Show, on December 5th & 6th, 11am-6pm, booth 908. The largest independent design show on the West Coast, with over 300 local designers and artists takes place at the California Market Center (110 east 9th Street). The $10 entrance fee not only gets you in for both days but part of the proceeds goes to the local non-profit 826LA.
